Parking Garage

The Atlantic Building Garage is the closest parking to the theater and has elevator access to the lobby.  The entrance to the garage is located just to the left of the main lobby doors. Ford’s Theatre can set up short-term parking for you based on availability, in the garage below the theatre, and make weekly deductions from your paycheck.  This deduction is pre-tax up to $270 per month per IRS guidelines. 

Parking in the Atlantic Building parking garage, below the theatre, runs $258.48 a month.  The garage is only able to start and stop parking on the 16th and the beginning of the month. 

A minimum of 1 month is required.

Daily rate - Mon-Fri $22.25, Sat-Sun $17.25

Street Parking

Street parking is very limited in DC and the rules vary depending on what time you are parking and where you are in the city.  The ParkMobile App, which can be downloaded from your app store, can help streamline how to pay for parking.  Please be sure to read all posted signage as some areas are only free to residents of the neighborhood.
