At Ford’s Theatre, our definition of “Company” includes all involved in the production. Our priority is to create a space where everyone has the support to be their authentic selves, feels brave to take risks and is inspired to do their best work.
Ford's Theatre encourages all members of the Company to:
Lead with empathy and show support and compassion for each other
Bring concerns to Artistic Production leadership, no matter how large or small they seem to be, when they occur
Speak up if injured or fear being pushed to the point of injury
Arrive at call time with enough time to be ready to begin work promptly
Stay home if unwell
